The Nexus Elevate from Bauer is based on the Nexus 400 pant and features an upgraded poly insert to the spine for added protection and a segmentation to the MD foam used in the kidney pads. Both these features are taken from the Nexus 600 pant. The Nexus Elevate also features a split thigh pad for a better more protective fit around your leg and molded dome plastic hip caps for better impact dispersion over the hip joints. The exterior of the pant is made up of nylon with abrasion resistant hip overlay to reduce any rubbing or fraying the pant may be subject too.
